Update 2: Red Light update: We have spoken to the Southland Motorcycle club and regardless of any level in the traffic light system we can hold the event, albeit it with modified rules for numbers.
With the Burt Munro Challenge cancelled this year we are running a stand alone track day in conjunction with the Southland Motorcycle Club.
All proceeds will be going towards Southland’s own International up and coming road race star Cormac Buchanan in his quest to take on the best young talent in the world at the 2022 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup.
It will be on Thursday the 10th of February 2022 at Teretonga Raceway, Sandy Point, Invercargill.
On hand to pass on tips and pointers is Southland Honda’s own racer Jeremy Holmes.
5 classes: Beginner, Intermediate, Expert, Ladies only & Race BBQ Lunch provided.
All bikes and brands welcome.
Proper safety gear required.
